Really happy today was the end of my 5th week hitting the gym consistently, less then two weeks until my birthday, looking forward to bluesfest: Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper 2nd time seeing them, then like a month later Heavy MTL bands like slipknot, lamb of god and such. I am also really looking forward to tomorrow night when i see Kittie. The Agonist, Blackguard, Doll and i think that's it a local show downtown at Mavericks, then thursday night i am seeing battleship with a few friends. In case anyone is wondering my goal at the gym is to cut weight for my brother's wedding september 1st here in Ottawa, my cutting stack if anyone is curious is: Allmax Cla, Gnc total lean weight loss system vitapack, Sd Pharmaceuticals raspberry ketones, Allmax Razor 8 shredded and finally last but not least Dymatize L-Carnitine and African mango extract as well as fish oil and creatine. so that's my follow up for now i'll probably post about the show next week
Been really happy lately, blackberry bold got water damage so therefore i got a refurbished phone it's an HTC raider running on the android operating system. Been hitting the gym consistently for 4 weeks works been going pretty well. Also really happy that i am one of the grooms men for my middle brother's wedding coming up in september
So today is my start of my xmas shopping, hope to get some of it started, this week has been pretty good except i haven't talked to or seen the girlfriend since this past tuesday, really happy it's pay week coming up, gym has been going pretty well just need to bump up intensity and train to failure all the time
So I have made up my mind that i'll be starting to go consistently to the gym again, this time not taking that much caffeine so my body co-operates with me, relationship with the girlfriend is going great, now i just need to work on budgeting my money to finally pay off my credit card, get my learners permit and save up enough money to eventually move out of here
So took way too much caffeine yesterday did a couple of sets of lat pulldowns, and seated cable rows, thought i felt like i was going to throw up, need to limit my caffeine intake and such, happy the relationship with the girlfriend is going great, gym need to cut down on my calories that i am eating and train intense while i am there, need to get my credit card paid off, save up money and definetly cut bodyfat and weight starting soon because i don't really want to look like this for my brother's wedding in like 10 months.
So going to start going back to goodlife fitness tomorrow after work, i really don't want to go, but the benefits outweigh the negatives, more energy, self confidence, not become another number added to the obesity epidemic that the states has, and prove to myself that anything is possible if you really want it. Anyways that's all i have to say for now,
So i am going to be getting my custom computer built hopefully within the next few months, and here is the list of parts that i have or should be getting really soon, Antec 900-2 the case, Asus M3A78 the motherboard, and so far a western digital 500gb 16mb cache which is the hard drive for the whole system, i should be expecting the case and the motherboard some this week hopefully, ex girlfriend i think wants to get back together i think, i doubt it will happen mainly because of all the crap i've put her though my depression me not trusting her enough and just stuff like that and if it happens great if it doesn't it won't really matter to me as i am happy being single and i don't need anyone in my life to make me feel happy.
So today as i write this i am kind of bored, happy the Sens are winning 2-0 over Nashville, work has been really frusterating lately, nobody seems like they give a crap and i mean labour has been at roughly 25% for the month which really doesn't help and its supposed to be around 20 for the month also it doesn't help today was a stat holiday and we got screwed as usual over lunch which is no big surprise there
