So, yesterday I FINALLY got my SG First Tour dvd and I love it!! I'm so inspired. All the girls seem so fun. I hope to meet them all someday.
I'm going to watch it every day so I don't lose inspiration to keep moving towards my goal. I really really need/want to lose weight and for the past 2 years I just havent worked hard enough towards my goal.
So today is day 1 of the new me. I don't want to put on here my goal for total weight lost, but I will say I'd like to get down to a size 5 or 6. I'm small framed so I think it's possible. I have huge hips tho so I'll probably always have a big butt :o(
Oh well. Any tips you guys can give would really be alot of help. I'm going to sit down and plan my daily meals. Hopefully that will help too. I'm going to try and eat more veggies. I don't really like them, but maybe I can just choke down a daily serving. I'm taking some herbal pills to help speed up my dying metabolism, and I got some One a Day vitamins for energy. I think I may be anemic... And I'm adding more fruit in as well. I love fruit so that shouldn't be a problem. I'm cutting waaaay back on sodas, even tho I drink diet coke/coke zero. I'm switching to Gatorade and Pink Lemonade. I know that's still alot of sugar, but hopefully it will make a difference. And more water. Salad. I got some fitness bars, goldfish and twizzlers for a low fat snack. Cottage cheese and apple sauce. Apples and peanut butter.

I completly understand the losing weight. I've been busting my ass too to get rid of my extra pounds. What's really worked for me in the past is cutting out all bread and pasta. Unfortuantly pasta is my favorite thing in the world so it never sticks.
Just remember to eat healthy and EXERCISE! I had never exercised when trying to lose weight until this time around. I haven't lost any pounds yet, but I have lost inches. Not to mention I have so much more energy it's not funny.
