I got a giant hot dog at the farmers' market (oh Olympia, how I hate you sometimes) and then went and bought a shirt with little flowers on it and a tweedy skirt. 'Cause I wear skirts so often.
And I got some more work done on the tattoo on my arm. When did I get to be such a wussy about pain? I used to be all, "Yeah, bitch, harder!" Now I'm like, "Please look away while I cry."

Saw Electric Eye at Ash St. Really, REALLY, good band. I don't care what anyone else who was there might have to say about them. If I can get that excited about a band I've never even heard before, they're fucking good. Especially compared to most of the annoying indie rock asshole bands around here. Not that they even deserve to be mentioned in the same breath.
The Riverboat Gamblers were supposed to play too, but they, unfortunately, cancelled.

I hate it when I take too long getting dressed to catch an earlier bus (so I can waste time getting coffee and glaring at people and smoking and stuff before class), but I just take a little too long, so I have to waste another twenty minutes waiting for the next bus to come.

Checked out the Old Haunts last night. They played with the Bangs and some other band that wouldn't shut up between songs. Anyway, the point is it's really nice to be enthusiastic about a band that I don't have to drive an hour to see. So yeah, if you ever get a chance to see them, you should. Very good, straight-up Rock And Roll.
