It's the Christmas season and I am really excited to be home this year to enjoy it. Upstate NY has gotten quite a bit of snow which makes me both very cold and very excited at the same time. I set up the tree the other day and put my Batman and NBC decorations all over it, plus someone took my Suzanne and placed her in the tree which adds to the humor of the season. So I have probably said this a thousand times this past month, however TONIGHT I will be finishing my toyroom lol. Between breakup drama and work, life has been keeping me from my goal. I should have pics up tomorrow afternoon since I will be working late into the night hanging figures on the ceiling...yes, the fucking ceiling. Plus I have to move the Batcomputer upstairs and rearrange some stuff to be able to have a christmas tree ( my first in 5 years). I started the process of getting my small business loan from the VA this morning. I have to discuss with a business advisor the plans and projections of opening a business in my area. I am totally fucking excited.

So today I'm renting a UHaul to get the rest of my stuff out of storage. The last few weeks home have been a pain in the ass. First a $150 speeding ticket, then bull shit with the ex over our bulldog. With any luck I will have the new pics up tomorrow of the room. Rock on!

Ok, Im finally back!!!. Being home has been great. I'm working on the final bit of my new toyroom today. Plus my roommates are going to start moving in soon. Wooo!

2 Days left to go until I am out of this bitch! I spent the last of my days watching Ghostbusters and The 40 Year Old Virgin. I almost forget how awesome the effects were in that movie for the time. As a kid, I always thought it was a great movie but I appreciate it more now with all of the CG bullshit that people think makes a real great movie.
As for The 40 Year Old Virgin, I am watching it to get ideas for my new place. Sounds weird, but I have a fuckton for toys and statues to arrange and I have never done it to this large of a scale before. Even when I had my old place I kept a large amount of toys still in tote boxes. I can't wait to come home to set it all up.

3 days left, and I have packed my last box and shipped it home. Since the new team is up and running, I have basiclly been chilling in my room listening to music all morning. Thank god for my iTunes or I would have lost my mind along time ago. I figured a nice mix of D12, Alice in Chains, Linkin Park and Kottonmouth Kings would be the best music to relax and find my zen happy place plus nothing says peace and quiet better than music about smoking weed, homicide, manic depression and screwing random bitches.

On a more random note, I finally decided what tattoo I will be getting when this shitstorm of stupidity ends next week, here is the picture. Give me some feedback, I want to make it a leg piece but I was thinking maybe my side would be best. You tell me what you think. Later all, Dan

4 days left til I leave Iraq! Finally. It seems like the last 2 weeks has dragged on forever. I really don't know what will happen when I come home, but I am excited just to be going back there.

Time is going by fast as hell now. They are now telling us we should be in the great state of New Jersey by the end of the month instead of the beginning of next like we though. YAY!
