....it's been a good weekend though...the puppy & i have enjoyed some fun times...& some fun in the kitchen which was quite enjoyable...we made some yummy stuffs indeed
a pirate indeed....there's always something shaking come july....my bday tis next week & i'm a lil anxious about...tis obvious i'm gettin older cuz the whole stigma around it has changed...it used to be a week long celebration involvin lots & lots of people...but due to circumstance of all my peeps bein extremely faraway & me havin slightly isolated myself from them...i doubt many will even remember....the last few years have been strange cuz i've been without my family & friends for it....but at least last year i had my puppy to take me out to a lovely movie & attempt to find a fabulous italian place....we even had a do-over since the italian place wasn't so fabulous & my moms sent me a giftcard to buca...which was ever so lovely...so as much as there's a stigma to the day since soo much has changed, i guess i must just realize that i'm gettin older, things change, & at least there's someone who wants to celebrate me & they're the most important part anyways

i gots 2 new ringers today for my phone...first a general one..
then one for our doorbell which rings my phone...

i 've been super stressed lately about some stuffs with my family back home...tis hard cuz i wish i could be there for my mom when she really needs me...today was the 7 year anniversary of my grandmother's death & my sister is in the midst of some major disfunctionalism that just rips the heart out of everyone around her...it's very hard to deal with & my mom gets the brunt of it all...not to mention that she's in the process of tryin to file bankruptcy to stop the forecloseure on the house...she's the greatest woman on the face of the earth & i admire her soo much...i just wish i could help...it hurts to know that she's so overwhelmed & to learn she's havin panic attacks again....tis soo hard to be soo far away at a time like this...
