<RANT>
I know it's not been THAT hot out here, but its been like 80s-90s in San Francisco for the past few days. But this weather is killing me. I am not normally a weather wuss. But now I have become one. It must come from living here in California. I used to be able to take a week straight of 90+ weather in Boston but now its not the same. The A/C at work is on the fritz and I just want to curl up in a ball and cry. Or find a swimming pool. Anyone near SF have a pool and willing to share?
But there is one good thing about the weather.
BOOBS.
You see much more of them out and about when the weather turns warm. And that almost makes it all better. But it does make dealing with the heat a bit easier.

**CUT AND PASTE FROM MY COMMENT IN A WRESTLING THREAD**
Just my two cents about the women in wrestling today. And that i don't think we will ever see real women's wrestling in WWE. TNA probaly, but not to their full potential in the WWE.
I keep holding out hope for Mikie James, she is good in the ring, i have seen some of her other stuff which is amazing. (BTW if you look under her real name there is whole collection of porn she did..... *Hangs head in geek shame for knowing this*) But what is killing her in the inconsistency in her character, is she crazy? Is she sane? Is she Bi-sexual or just stalking Trish? We need answers!
Victoria falls in the same category. She is great in the ring, has two of the best moves in wrestling, the widows peak, and the fireman's carrying into a sidewalk slam (Does it have a name?) But they can't decide is she is pretty lady or Chyna Part II.... and until she is given some constancy in character people just don't flock to her.
Maria I think is coming a long way, she is great on the mic, she plays the Ditz very well, but just enough that she she drops you a hint you can tell she is putting everyone on. And she is comming along in the ring.
Candice Michelle... I used to despise her. I used to think she was sucking up TV even when she had her play boy spread (Didn't stop em from getting it.) Then she broke her nose at the hands of Victoria, and when she came back with her new nose, I didn't recognize her, i think they literally changed the shape of her face. But when she came back she was less eye candy and is now wrestling. If anyone is following in the steps of Trish Stratus I think you are looking at her. And the good thing is they are taking it slow.
Torrie Wilson is good for eye candy, but I agree she is getting to be a lil stale on TV. I think she needs something to ride other then being a former playmate (But it was a good spread, alto the Sable & Torrie spread made them both look too generic for my tastes)But with Carlito's melt down this week she things might get interesting. If she stays with him and we get EVIL TORRIE, that might good to see, if not she is just gonna be another pretty girl on some one's arm.
While on this tangent, I will toss out a few other names since this has turned into a women's wrestling thread.
Gail Kim: I haven't seen the TNA PPVs, but everything on Impact has been great. She has been good in the ring and great to watch. (Porn update she did topless pictures in Japan)
Jackie Moore: Tennessee's pride. She is out there week in and week out. I am not blown away by what she does, but she is solid and consistant in the ring. (And had her top ripped off by Sable and an Innsurection PPV)
Christy Hemmey: Everyone loves a firey read head. And she has great personality we saw her fun side in the WWE and it worked well. And i like where things are going in TNA, I like her battling for women's right to wrestle, even if she ignores the fact of Gail Kim and Jackie Moore are there.
And from the Independent Wrestling:
nullCheerleader Melissa: Saw her at Chickfight 6 and an APW event in California, this girl is the real deal, she can go toe to toe with anyone, including the guys, saw her wrestle a 30 minute draw and then wrestle a falls count anywhere match that went through the building too the outside into the street, with Daisy Haze, and Allison Danger. The Curb Stomp is a great finisher
Dazie Haze: RVD's little sister if he ever had one. She is a tiny girl in the ring, but she did some amazing moves and was able to work the crowd into a frenzy.
Allison Danger: 50% American, 50% Canadian, 100% Dangerous, how can you not like that slogan. Now she is the firs wrestler ever to insult me back (She lost the night before and yelled out "Ya lost last night and you will again tonight" and the response I got was "You were ugly yesterday and something never change" ) and the fact that she stopped to interact the fans was so cool, she pulled out a chair and sat down in front of a girl yelling out "You Suck" and put her on the spot for a better insult.
MsChif: Your Soul's Tormentor. Now I have a soft spot for goth girls, always have always will. But a girl in black and green ring attire similar to Kanes, but able to wrestle a fast paced high flying match, but with stop and growl and scream at her oponents. I saw her get tossed in to the crowd and under my seat (took a lot of effort to not try and ring her home) Also check out her ad on the site in the style of Clockwork Orange
Daffney: I know I haven't see anything she has gone since WCW with the exception of a few clips online. But I would watching anything she did in the ring, I have always found her entertaining in the ring, and on the mic. David Flair, Daffney and Crowbar made WCW worth watching at the end, even when they were in NYC and Russo told her to go play in Traffic and she went off skippin in traffic. Plus she was Shark Girl (I can't believe I never saw that
)

How dare they question the the blood upon his sock? It's like me questioning the shroud of Turin, and all that other bizarre religious stuff out there.

FIRST BLOG!!!!
Okay well here goes nothing, this makes three sites I blog at.... Livejournal, Myspace and here!
So Wrestlemania has come and gone and things went for the the first time in memory pretty much as I would have liked to see it (if I had the money to get a PPV)
Undertaker retains his streak at 'Mania, and wins the title. Good for him he will make a great champion even if only for a short time.
Melina retains vs Ashley. Ashley is getting better but Melina can wrestle.
MIIIIIIISTER KEEEENEDY! KEN-E-DEY! IS NOW MISTER MONEY IN THE BANK! Which i think is long over due. The man can move for a bigger guy and has a natural charisma in the ring and on the mic.
Old School ECW beats The New Breed, which will probaly be the last hurrah for many of them but it's nice to see them get the respect at Wrestlemania.
Kahli beats Kane... this is the only match I am realy upset abouot since Kane hasn't been given a chance in years, since he lost the mask. he holds the record for the 2nd shortest title reign in the WWE (The First being Bret Hart, who beat Yokozuna and then promptly lost to Hulk Hogan.)
Benoit beat MVP (who should just be glad too be at Wrestlemania when guys llike Brian Kendrick and Paul London aren't)
And in the Battle of the Billionaires, Donald Trump's, Bobby Lashley defeats Umaga (w/ the assist from Stone Cold Steve Austin) and shortly there after we have Vince Macman shaved bald. not that we thought we would see Trump bald, but it will be interesting to see how it plays out from here.
So yes as you can tell part of my geekdom is wrestling, more of it is D&D and you will hear more of it in the day and weeks to come. But for now this is me signing off.
Peace Love and Suicide Planchas!
