The last time I wrote here was almost two years ago. At that time I had gotten a free 3 month renewal and spent that time occasionally wandering around the mammoth SG babe warehouse, though I didn't connect with what I saw with enough enthusiasm to hang around after the 90 days was up. I did enjoy my stay, though.

I still love tattooed and pierced women, but I've got other stuff to do, too. Plus, I missed those handful of iconic SGs that had hypnotized me way back in olden timey days.

I'm delighted to see a new posting from Al, after more than three years. That gives me hope. If she sticks around, I'll stick around, but I'm not holding my breath.

I've been gone off this site for almost two years and now some anonymous somebody has supposedly bought me a three month renewal membership. Who the fuck would do that? Sadly, I never managed to make many friends here and am at a loss as to who it might have been. I suspect Missy -- or the company, more properly -- issued the renewal to try and entice folks like me to come back full time.

I doubt it will happen, but it is interesting and a bit surreal to be here again. So many new girls, so few of my old favorites. So much yummy catching up to do.

Nevertheless, my all time fave SG remains MIA. AL!! WHERE THE FRAK ARE YOU?? *sigh* She's been gone longer than I have. We won't see her likes around here again.

But the question is, who has become the pseudo-AL in the years since she left us?

We've been having cold, clear nights here in Portland. No rain for more than a week and the most beautiful nighttime skies I've ever seen. Yesterday was the full moon and the crisp and clean air let the light blast down on us, casting hard nighttime shadows across the back yard and up the side of the garage. Venus has been twinkling like a xmas light and there are dippers everywhere you look.

I want a moontan so fucking bad.

Wifey and I just got back from a week in California. We had a four day reunion of five couples who had come together to attend a wedding. It was ten exhausting hours from Portland to the Bay Area and then another seven hours down to Long Beach, where we ate, drank, smoked, slept, hot tubbed, played pool, and listened to loud music for four days straight. Then seven long hours back to the Bay Area where we collapsed for a day. That was followed by another mind and body numbing ten hour drive North and home.

Thank fucking god we beat the nasty storms by a day. Last year we'd gotten in a snow storm in the mountains and had to get chains and fight our way through the white out conditions just to get across the Oregon border. This time it was spotty rain and spotty fog and, even, some spotty sunshine.

After 34 hours of driving back and forth, I was a mess. I feel like I've been beaten with baseball bats and then run over by a very large Zamboni. Damn, it is good to be home again.

Still, great wedding. Lots to eat and drink and the groom wore a fur hat with feathers stuck in it. I got to try Chopin Vodka for the first time. Yummy.

I wore a suit -- no tie -- and my pair of black Chucks to the reception. Chic and yet comfortable -- unlike most of the women in stillettos. Wifey wore a tux and her Demonia patent platform boots -- which means nobody ever noticed my footwear. They went well with her purple hair.

I dreamed I spanked my favorite SG last night. I so rarely dream about specific people and it so surprised me that I woke up before it went any further. DAMN.

Well, it took weeks for my back to get better. Or mostly better. The doctor switched pain meds and that helped a little. Then he finally said I should go get my spine cracked by a Chiropractor, but I can't afford it. So I've just sort of let it get betterish by itself. There's still occasional flashes of numbness and discomfort, but at least now I can sleep and move around without saying "OW!" every two minutes. Damn.

I'm still thinking about leaving SG. I'm getting bored with a lot of the ordinary gurls and I just hate the "I love it" button on every set. I think it really hinders people actually interacting and leaving real comments. I refuse to use it and only leave a comment on a set when it is really different or creative or clever or has one of my fave SGs in it. I've recently been letting my subs in other sites -- fetish and porn type thingees -- lapse. I've even stopped paying for Gord -- and, of course, as soon as I did there was a video that I'm sure I would have loved. Typical. That's probably why I'm still here -- as soon as I leave my favorites will all have the best sets of their careers and I'll fucking miss it. Silly me.

Too broke to see the tour when it stopped at the Alladin. Too broke for new ink. Having a bad back really used up my cash and slowed down the ol' job hunt. Ain't life a bitch?
