I've just been back in the UK for a couple of weeks enjoying a few pints and some of the wonderful variety of British cheese that is available, because people here think British cheese begins and ends with Cheddar. You can buy practically any European cheese in Germany - with the exception of British. WHY ???

Depends on the context. It's either something you drink out of, like a glass or mug; or it's something you put in your shorts to prevent your soft and dangly bits from getting mashed by a cricket ball.
