im so bored. i hardly have any friends within a short drive. like within 15 minutes of my place. so on nights when i dont want to make it an all night event i tend to not hang out with anyone at all. not to mention stinky gas prices dont make me want to drive 30 minutes out or more and back in one night. so then i get bored and lonely. I just want someone in the area to watch a movie with or sumthin.

Ive gotten a few "where have you been" messages lately. So I thought id respond. Ive just been being a boring homebody. i kind of feel a bit blah. I was trying to think of a cheap place I could go to sort of get away for a while. I feel like I just need a change of scenary sometimes you know? Any suggestions? I like nature but it doesnt have to be "naturey"

This is still widely practiced in many countries as a means to control female sexuality. If women cant orgasm, the thought is they wont cheat on their husbands. Therefore sexual pleasure is only for the male. Women do not even get a choice in the matter, they are usually too young to really understand whats going on when the procedure is done. Many young girls around the world die of infection due to this procedure.
At least this is a step in the right direction.....

CAIRO (AFP) - Egypt on Thursday finally banned all female circumcision, the widely-practised removal of the clitoris which just days ago cost the life of a 12-year-old girl.
Officially the practice, which affects both Muslim and Christian women in Egypt and goes back to the time of the pharoahs, was banned in 1997 but doctors were allowed to operate "in exceptional cases".
On Thursday, Health Minister Hatem al-Gabali decided to ban every doctor and member of the medical profession, in public or private establishments, from carrying out a clitoridectomy, a ministry press official told AFP.
Any circumcision "will be viewed as a violation of the law and all contraventions will be punished," said the official, adding that it was a "permanent ban".
A survey in 2000 said the practice was carried out on 97 percent of the country's women.
In the latest fatality, 12-year-old Bedur Ahmed Shaker was taken by her mother to a private clinic in Minya, a town on the Nile south of Cairo, for the operation. She died before she could be transferred to hospital.
*Now, I have heard some people tell me that this is part of their culture and religion so you have to respect that. I always find that disturbingly ridiculous. If part of someones culture or religion was to kill, oppress or mutilate a certain race, everyone would be up in arms. Yet somehow, if your a female, its ok. Its "tradition" or "old fashioned". Human rights are human rights. No matter what you have between your legs. Think about it.

i think im literally going to try and drink myself into passing out. by myself, in my basement. starting now. oh yeah, i hate dishonest people. i hate them. I HATE THEM.
I weighed myself today and lost 5 pounds by eating healthy and staying active this week. 
im happy. I found out my cholesteral is moderately high the last time i went to the doctor. so Im glad im heading in the right direction to being more healthy and fit. im trying new veggies every week to add variety as well. and so far i freaking love butternut squash, parsnips and whole artichokes! yum! anyone have any new veggie or fruit suggestions i should try that arent mainstream?
oh yeah, also if anyone has any group type exercises they want to partake in that would be fun. maybe a sport or walking somewhere when its warm out? let me know

im feeling really rejected and lonely right now. i miss my friends. i miss my old friends and my new friends. i miss my friends in florida. i feel like i cant seem to get face time with anybody lately. and its no ones fault it just seems to be the way it is right now. but it still hurts, and it still sucks, and i just want to cry under the covers all night.
yeah, excuse my "fuck shit fuck" blog last night. just a little frustrated with myself for not getting shit done on time. but i fixed it today. just had to vent into the blogosphere. thanks for the concern everyone!
