So let me preface this by letting it be known that I attract/am attracted to girls that may have compromised sanity. I met this girl last thursday, she was tending bar at a local joint I frequent. She just started there earlier in the week and has only moved to the area a couple months ago. She tells me that she is living with her ex(1) and is working on getting her own place(2). I proceed to woo her with my cunning charm and sharp wit then eventually obtain her phone number, we hang out Saturday, then Sunday she asks me out on a "date". The date was alot of fun, she is a sharp girl that enjoys time with me, then as I was returning her to her car....she ducks and tells me "keep going, thats "John(3)". I pull up to her car to let her out anyway, this dude opens my passenger door(4) and attempts to remove her by draging her out(5). I grabbed her arm and pulled up a half a block and asked if she felt like getting out or if she felt threatened by thes dude, she requested I take her to her apartment. At this point my cynicism kicks in and I call it off. Today she calls to let me know that she has gotten her own place, she has befriended a friend of mine (who I will be calling first thing in the morning to get her thoughts on said bartender) and is staying with her until the move (apparantly the move out went as well as I would have guessed and my friend was witness to all the antics also)
If you are keeping score, there were at least 5 red flags so far...
