Finished the pain in the ass album packaging project on Monday. Hundreds of hours for a simple favor, and me, I'm a guy who knows now how to say no.
Tonight the interns brought friends over and the studio was all crowded with eager grad students all excited to do stuff, and we ended up doing 500 impressions on the letterpress. Which is kind of a lot. Which is kind of awesome. It does this heartwarming thing to think that I'm doing a thing that people like so much that they bring their friends over so they can do it too, and then those people invite other people to come and engage in our activities.
So it looks like we'll actually have a good and appropriate and sufficient amount of stuff to take to the thing in Chicago at the end of the month. Show all them lit hipsters what a real small press is all about.
