I was running late for work so I didnt change my shirt.
The evenings drinks left a lingering taste in my mouth.
And when I left you were fast asleep, tangled in the sheets.
And on the bus I could have sworn it was all a dream.

It didnt happen to me.

I have made so many Notes To Self that I get little headaches throughout the day They feel like the corners of yellow Post-Its poking me in the eyes. One note was, If youre going to take a picture of morning coffee with a playfully illusive image of someone in the frame, then you have to do the same for afternoon tea and maybe evening zin. Upon re-reading that note, and ignoring the fact that my life is really more morning coffee, afternoon coffee, and evening coffee (maybe espresso), I serendipitously stumbled across a related note.

This one has to do with doing everything in threes. My quarterly resolutions, for example: a new me every three months. I wrote on a real Post-It to stick on the fridge: Spread Music. Spread Art. Spread Love.

Once a week, at least. Once for each category. And on and on into the foreseeable future because Im not even quite sure what it means or what Ill do.

Except this: Im getting a jump on my Q2 resolution

iw ill be staying in the castro so that is about a ten to fifteen minute walk. i so miss walking everywhere...

i actually live in natomas too. but i'm trying to find a place downtown somewhere. i hate suburbia. the salon is a bit down truxel from the walmart shopping center, across from that big raley's down there.
