As you have probably already heard Jon and I are
one of the four finalists in the Evening Magazine
Wedding of your dreams contest. (Out of nearly
400 entries!) If we win, we will get a $20K all
expense paid wedding in July at the Space Needle
and a honeymoon to some exoctic place. This is
very exciting for us, but the only way for us to
win is if you vote!
Next week is when our interview airs. They have
narrowed it down to March 9th and March 11th,
the voting starts on the 12th. So all you Seattle
folks keep your eyes glued to Evening Magazine
next week! I can't believe it is coming so
soon! I sure hope we win.
Be sure to vote at the web site even if you are
not in Seattle! As long as you have internet
access you are allowed to vote!!
You just have to sign up for an account at King 5
which is free and easy. When you go to this link
it will actually direct you initially to a King5
site that looks like it has nothing to do with
the wedding show. You click on the area to the
right that says:
Sign-up to become a registered user
You give them your info and once you are all
signed up, it will add a cookie to your computer
so you won't have to log in again. If you have
more than one person/account at home that you
would like to vote from, just delete the cookie
and go through the process again.
