I put this under a spoiler because it is so nasty. Last week they were a mass of ooze and this week they are a mass of open sores. They are quite painful now. You can't imagine the hell I am going through right now. I will take the disgusting ooze over the pain any day. As much as I like to do things outside, I can never do something like this again.

Well I survived the river trip to a certain extent. I did not burn to a crisp but had a bad reaction to the sun.
Hope this will clear up soon. Burns like hell, itches and oozes in some places. Doc gave me some steroids and cream to treat this. This is the worst it has ever been. Its on my face, arms, and legs. Legs are the worst and are also swollen. I used plenty of sunscreen (spf 55) applies several times thru the day so most of it is not a burn, just a little of it is. We were on the river for just over 3 hours which is the longest I have been in direct sunlight in a long time. I knew this might happen but hoped for the best. The sad part is we had a great time on the river and would love to do it again. But the pain of having to recuperate for more than a week is not worth it.
EDIT 8-25 My left leg has gotten worse. I now have a 2 inch by 1/2 inch spot where the skin is gone and just an open wound. My leg has been oozing all day. Am going back to the doctor in the morning. The good thing is it does not hurt or itch to much at this time.

I first heard this song during a radio interview with Kiefer on the EDGE a while back and could not wait for this album to come out. Hope you enjoy the sample.

Crap.......... All business classes I want to take keep getting canceled due to me being the only one wanting the class. Guess I will have to try again this fall.
In other news plans for my future bakery have changed a little. The plan now is to open a wholesale bakery. I can control my hours better and maybe have a life for a change. Still getting things planed but might take a little longer to get started.

I have come to a decision today, I don't know how but I am going to open my own bakery. I am tired of working so hard for someone else, making what they want, working what ever schedule they want. It has always been my dream to open my own place. I will have to start small and build it bigger in the future. I don't have the money now but I am determined to make this happen. I will probably rent kitchen space to begin and then move into my own place later. Its going to be a lot of hard work but in the long run will be worth it. I am even considering doing some things that can be ordered over the internet. The possibilities are endless. I hope to make this happen by the end of the year. I have talked to other people and all agree that this could work. If I can find some investors I can get this off the ground quicker, I have a few friends that could help me along with this. I am starting the plan now and getting things ready so that I can pitch this to people and get the ball rolling.

WTF!!! How messed up is it that we can't even close on Christmas. I have to work from 8 am to 4 pm. When the hell am I supposed to celebrate with my family. We are now open 365 days a year. I can remember when we were closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Soon every store will be open on Christmas and it will just be another day.

As of today I am the proud owner of this
It is a 2009 Ford Focus. This is the second new car I have ever owned. The last one was in the late 80's. I am so glad I have a car again. Having to borrow my dads car has been a pain in the ass. Check my last blog to see what happened to my old car. But now I have a more dependable car
Other than that not much is going on in my life.
