"everything happens for a reason "
. I was all upset about my car dying last week , but lots of great thing have happened to me since . For starters I had to quit my old job cause I had no way to get there at 5 in the morning , but my new job pays more and I can get a ride to work from my house . I also had the chance to go to a party and not drive so I got to drink all I wanted to and ended up meeting some good people . I used to dwel on the bad side of things but now see that when shit is really bad it can only get better .
I get my car back from the shop tommarow and am not sure weather to keep it or just sell it . If anyone wants to buy a 1987 Ford Tempo silver in color let me know .

So last night on my way home from band practice my car brokedown in the worst spot possible . I was coming back to San Rafael on highway 37 (formorly blood alley) . I had just started to go over the Petaluma Bridge when my car died . When I looked back to make sure that no one was going to hit me I saw sparks flying out of the back of the car . I managed to pull over to the right lane where I came to a stop . It sucked cause there is no breakdown lane on the bridge so I had to leave my car in the lane . I walked down the bridge to the call box and called a tow truck and the cops . I was super scared cause I thought that someone was going to hit my car and cause some big accident . Luckly the CHP showed up pretty quick and pushed my car of the bridge to the next off ramp where a tow truck was waiting . Once he got my car on the truck the cops that was there realized he got a flat tire so I had to wait for the tow truck driver to change it .
With my brakes going out on monday and now this I think its time to try and sell my car . I've been nothing but nice to it and all it gives me is grief .
I like taking the bus anyway .

Well my birthday started out prett crappy cause I had to drive myself to the show I we played on saturday and was only able to drink 2 beers so I would be able to drive home . I sucked cause my band mates and friends that were there we all gun hoe about getting me super drunk . It sucks to live in the opposite direction of them cause there were a couple of people who were willing to drive my car home for me .
Things got better on sunday when some friends showed up at my house a 10am and dragged me out of bed for a long day of drinking . We went to this pub in San Rafael called the Mayflower and started our quest to spend $100 on drinks before getting kicked out . After several hours if seemed pretty obvious that we would'nt succeed but then some more folks showed up . I had to go out to dinner with my mom and brother at 5 and when they picked me up I was good and drunk . Which kinda of sucked cause at that point all I wanted to do was go to bed . The meal went fine , but they made fun of me for smelling like a brewery . After eating we went home and I went to sleep hoping not to be too hung over in the morning for work .
That reminds me . Yesterday morning when I was on my way to work the brakes went out on my car which leed to my crashing into a curb in a parking lot and getting bottomed out ontop of it . I'm glad it was 4:30 in the morning or else I surely would have got in a accident . I had to call a tow truck to get me unstuck and take my car back to my house .
Its nice to have a day off after these past few days . But I can only rest till thursday night cause thats whne the rest of my friends will catch up with me . But its okay cause I am broke and some free drinks wiould do me good .

T-Minus 8 Hours Till I'm 21!
I'm in this somewhat confused stae right now , The thought of never having to ask a friend to buy beer for me or to have to sit in the dark corner of the bar is a great felling . But its also a bit weird . Since me b-day is on sunday it kind of suck cause I have to go to work at 5 on monday morning so the majority of the partying will be done next weekend . I think i'm going to try and take a nap so time goes by quicker .
If anyone has no plans for the evening and live in the bay area you should come out and see my band play in alameda at Roosters Roadhouse . Its going to be a great show and of course all hell will break loose at midnight .

I helped a friend move this morning and I never realized he had so much junk . I hardly have anything anymore . I guess it cause i've moved so many times in the past 3 years that I just kept throwing shit away every time I moved . I kind of nice though cause I am a pack rat and keep the weirdest stuff or the weirdest of reasons . The place he moved into is under a liqour store which is pretty cool , and he only pys $350 a month . Its pretty much a 1 bedroom apatment and it has all these built in shelve everywhere . Man I think im a little jealous , Its only temperary so When he moves out I am going to try and move in .

So yesteday I found out that some friends are going to throw me a "surprise" birthday party . I don't know all the details which is good , but I wish that I didn't find out about it .

I wish that I could go to sleep and wake up on the 26th . I turn 21 in 19 days but its not going fast enough .All my friends are really pissing me off cause they know that my b-day is sometime in april so they are calling up to go out to bars not realizing it has'nt come yet . I guess im not really that mad about it .
The thing that got me going on this is that we are playing at a bar tonight and I am only allowed to be in there to play then I have to sit outside the rest of the night .

I've been super busy lately with work , band , and what do ya know I found a cool girl to hang out with .
I started doing landscaping for my dads company again which is pretty fun , my brother works there to so it makes kind of wierd when we are pissed at oneanother but it helps us get over it at the same time .
On monday I had band practice and I had the best time . Maybe I felt better cause I talk to them about leaving at the end of april and we got everything settled . What ever the reason it was the best we had ever played and I hop ewe can carry that energy to the stage .
oh yeah , Only 25 more days 'till I turn 21!
We are playing a show at Roosters Roadhouse with the strap ons the night before and then its off the oakland and the Ruby room to get smashed off PBR .
Sunday we are doing a Pub Run in S.F. which will end at Shannon Arms . I can't wait ..
