grrr!!!! really? 2 nights of sleep and now up until sunrise again... this fucking blows! I need to find a way to calm my mind so I am not staying up so damn late!!!
Have you tried Meditation? Melatonin? Warm glass of milk? Cool glass of scotch (or two?). I find that a medium glass of red wine relaxes me just enough for good sleep.
