Top 10 Favourite Live Shows
None because I didn't see any live shows this year.
I normally see between 50 and 60 live shows a year but the music promoters in this city are scum-sucking, scene-killing assholes (yes I'm talking to you BSTB and others of your ilk) who book shows in horrible venues, with late start times and too many opening bands (3 openers on a week night when doors open at 10, fuck you) so I am choosing to no longer support live music in this city.

Having an awesome day so far.
Started off with seeing Martha Marcy May Marlene (a star is born in Elizabeth Olsen) then having some tasty and amazing lunch at Kazu and then I picked this up from the record store:

Don't know what the evening has in store for me but I'm thinking it's going to be awesome too (it's one of those days).
How's your day so far?

Fuck this has been a shitty few days.
Today I learned that I won't be getting a promotion that would have boosted my salary by $23 000.
I really need some good news for a change.

I really, really, really hate my job right now.
Really...
....and I really, really, really hate feeling this way.

Upside:
I have today off and that gives me an extra long weekend because Monday is a holiday.
Downside:
I'm sick as a dog with a cold.
