I arrived home from work around 10 last night. I couldn't help putting on "The Polar Express". I fast forwarded to the part where Santa's sleigh takes off from the North Pole and is flying faster and faster, thinking about what Christmas means to me.
This morning, I can't wait til the girls are home and we're together. A truly wonderful, happy and healthy family and friends, that's all I want for Christmas and I have it!
THAT'S WHEN THE BELL STILL RINGS FOR ME!
Merry Christmas to all!

I FUCKING HATE TAXES!!!
Woo, finally got that off my chest.
I'm a bit sad this morning. I wanted to go to club suicide last night but Uncle Sam put a stop to that. My own fault for masterbating, I mean procrastinating too much.
Maybe next time.
Week two of 2 full time jobs starts again tomorrow. We'll see how long I can keep this schedule up. Very tiring though.
That's about it for now,
Happy tax day

Wow, almost 2 years since my last post. That's got to be a record! (maybe not, whatever)
Hope all is well and...
I still love everyone and SG!

Here we are, almost the end of july....
Our trip to NY was so much fun. We really didn't do much but hang out with my family. My Dad took us to the glass musium where we all made some really cool glass frames, wind chimes, sculptures and pendants. It was really interesting. I grew up in a town that produces glass products and never played with the stuff until now. Growing up, the gaffers (folks that work with and blow molten glass) made it look easy, it's not. If you don't pay attention, you have molten glass at 2000 degrees F oozing all over.

Mary and I are trying to create pendants with a 4000 degree F torch.
We wached the fourth of July fireworks from one of the bridges in Corning. It was an excellent place to wach from, perfect view.

We finally started to grow our Chia pets. Yes, I said CHIA! When you've stopped laughing, read on.
Lizzie has Bart Simpson Chia and Bridget has Kung Fu Panda Chia. They've really started taking off, they grow fast. I started a little herb garden but nothing has sprouted yet. Maybe my thumb isn't as green as I thought. Mary was at her friends last week s, we'll get hers going when she returns.
I've been slowly organizing bits and pieces of my tiny little apartment. It's amazing, every square inch of the place has something on it. There isn't a lot of room so I go from wall to wall trying to organize so it doesn't look too cluttered. I'm not sure it's working.
Can't wait until school starts. It will be interesting to have the girls in two different schools. I'm going to have to find a way to volunteer at both locations. Maybe I can clone myself.. no, that'll take way too long. Oh well...
Hope all is well in your worlds,
See ya in the funny papers!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY TO ALL THE DAD'S IN THE WORLD!

Now go grab your kids and hug the stuffing out of 'em!
My oldest graduated fifth grade and will be attending middle school next fall. Time flies by so fast. Seems like last year she was so excited about going to kindergarden. Now she seems so grown up, and only 11. It kind of sucks that schools out, I'm going to have to find something else to do with my mornings.
Got a PA last sunday. Not sure what the hype is about, it didn't hurt at all, just a pinch. It feels kind of wierd but also pretty awesome. It's a whole new sensation. I was considering a ladder but my wallet decided that was not in the cards yet.
Off to New York next week. We'll be there for Bridget's B-day (my youngest) and the fourth of July. We're all looking foreward to the trip.

This year seems to be flying by.
I've been incredibly busy with two jobs, three daughters and a new apartment. Couldn't afford the old house any more. Ha ha, what else is new.
Work is going... We were aquired by a large "corp" restaurant group and things have been changing dramatically. Half of our area managers are gone, laid off. Labor and cost budgets are getting smaller and smaller. I love the restuarant business but am sick of the two faced bullshit that come from the upper crust. We were told that a coupon drop produced over a million in sales. (we drop coupons to get new business) OK, first off, how many coupons were from "new" customers? Second, the coupons cost us a little over 500000.00. I might be wrong but the cost on the coupon items just jumped to over 50%. What the fuck???
I'm not sure where the reasoning is there, but, what do I know.
Second job is going well, I work between 2 and 4 days a week. I like to volunteer at my kids school and one of the other parents said she applied for a job as a playground aid. She suggested I do the same since I'm up there a lot anyway. Well, I did. So, now I'm the only male playgound aid. I get a whistle, star cards (for when the kids do good things) and green slips (for when the kids do bad things). It' really a lot of fun. I like to volunteer a lot because I only have my kids on Monday, Tuesday and half of Wednesday. As a volunteer, I get to see them on some of the days I don't have them. I'd like to think I'm a good dad, not a "deadbeat" dad.

WOW!
After a little over a year since I've been able to go on line.
You see, my house was broken into a year ago last September and I lost a butt load of stuff. I use the term stuff because, really, it's all just stuff. (Some will never be replaced) But, my daughters, the most important part of my life were not home (nor was I) so no one was hurt. THANK GOD!
So, after I talked to Spica, who has been an incredible friend, a class act and all around AMAZING, I'm cruisin' around SG and was saddened to see three of my friends are no longer here. Hecare, Autumn and Flux. All three gorgeous in their own right but also really cool gals, one and all. I'll miss them.
So, more later. I have to catch a "Z" or two.

Next Monday I leave on vacation to New York.
(here comes the drama)
After the last year and a half, I need a vacation. Going through a nasty divorce and working my ass of in my current position as a restaurant manager, I need a break. Couple that with the fact that I haven't seen any of my family since a year ago last April and have been somewhat alone to deal with all of this. (ya ya, I know, we all have it bad)
I'm finding it more and more difficult to deal with the ignorant, self serving, arrogant, nasty, mean fuck sticks who come in and think because they pay ten bucks for food, they get to trash anthing and everything. Especially, including abusing my staff.
Some of the questions we get are really funny, stupid, but funny...
"How many eggs are in your three egg omlet?"
"What kind of fish is soul? Is it cat fish?"
"What kind of meat is in your beef dip sandwich?"
"What time do you close? (11:00PM and we're still open) Great, are you still serving?"
"What is your sauce going to do to my stomach?" (Um...yah)
Ahh, I feel better now
I do want to thank all my friends for support and especially thank this one really beautiful, hot, smart, incredible, wonderful, stupendous, marvelous, stunning, really hard working, mommy to be...
Spica Suicide
She's been a rock for my beaten soul to rest on and always has kind, encouraging words and advice. I can't really say, in words, how much I love her. I wouldn't know where to start.
Thank you, my friend. I truly love you
See you all on the flip side,
Hugs and kisses for all you beautiful people

PS Anyone in upstate, give us a shout out!
