I've had braces for just over 2 years now and the ortho says I should get them off in the next few visits!

I've never had any complaints...6" is enough to get the job done. Plus, if you're great with your hands and mouth/tongue, then extra points.

I like not being insanely huge and it took me a long time to be comfortable with my body. If you're too big you can't use it all anyways.

I had a bad accident in 1996 (end over end 5x rollover at 110mph...went through a highway sign, a farmers fence and ended up upside down in a field with the car still running)... was unconscious and woke up in the hospital with a nurse swabbing glass from my eyes. I left with only minor cuts and a sore neck.
People die from much less.
I'm still here...for some reason.
I want to make a difference in 2013. I don't want to waste it.
