I think I am gonna go to DLand, yeah...I mean, the jack skellington haunted mansion thingie is reason enough, even without getting to meet SG pelpe who I wont' get to meet again too soon because they're comign from way out of town. anyway, in regards to gin, I've got a drink I have to tell you about that involves Gin in a big way. It's called hte Screwhammer, it's delicious, I invented it, it's easy, and every bad experience I've ever had with alcohol has come down to this drink. it's fantastic.

Nothing quite like being a little saucy in the middle of the day.

We had a corporate visit today. I wish *I* could have had a day off. Instead I got reamed by the cubicle nazis for having a "messy" cube. My cube is not a mess. It's merely the packrat jumble typical of any number of creative people. *sigh* I am so utterly in the wrong industry right now.

Anyway...Hooray for the mid-day buzz! I'm starting on my evening buzz right now with some Young's Double Chocolate Stout. yum!

I know what you mean. Just try and listen to Beck's "Lonesome Tears" and not cry. It cannot be done. It is such a humane album. He is truly relating to the tradgedies that occur with relationships.
