Wow, that was frustrating. I went to get my li'l buddy re-pierced and the piercing shop moved. A couple of months ago. (I gotta get out more.) Down'hearted, I went to the comic shop instead and wound up spending a hundred bucks on comics. Granted they're (for the most part anyway) some good solid title, but still... I think it was the trade paperbacks that got me. From now on I'll just have to them fro amazon.com exclusively.

In other frustrating news, the cutie waitress who gave me her number a couple of weeks ago is apparently uninterested. November will mark three years since my last date. Talk about a shot to the ego. I'm going to cut this entry short lest I bring either you, my dear reader, or myself any further. G'night.

Ok now I'm pissed. I got my stock for Milla in last night and put it on her. So far so good. Then this morning I notice that the rear takedown pin is pretty stiff so I start to fiddle with it. After thirty minutes of swearing and sweating I get it mostly apart and find the culprit. A tthirty cent peice of plastic that was sheared in half. Looking closer inside the lower receiver I can see that there is a gouge next to the trouble spot. Now I have to consult the great and mighty gun gurus. If it comes to worse case I'll have to send it off to the factory (three to four weeks) or even have to buy another lower and transplant the guts of Milla to a new body. Not a hard task, but irritating in its repitition.
