I introduce to you, the new look for this fall.


Today was my nieces first birthday. We got her a little cake, and she decided that it would be more fun to wear it than eat it.

I don't know why, but this cracked me up.
I am spending my day watching the fourth season of House. I have to go back to work this Thursday, my vacation is almost over. It helps to tell myself that today I was paid to stay home.

My little brothers wedding reception party thing was today, They have been married for a few months now, this was just so her parents could put on a show. Everything went well, I didn't know hardly anybody, but it was nice. The place that was rented for the wedding is an old victorian mansion in Springfield called Elfindale. It was a beautifull place. It was strange seeing my brother in a suit, he is a jeans and t-shirt type of guy, as am I, But we looked good, if I do say so myself.
Before the wedding, my brother and I snuck off and explored the mansion, we looked at all the different rooms, each room had a different theme, it was cool.
My niece was in a little white dress, she looked so cute.
I dressed as if I were going to a funeral, all black with a red and black tie. I looked good.


Today definately went better than yesterday. I spent most of the day with a migraine, which sucked. Then Friday night we had to take my grandfather to the emergency room because when he went earlier in the day to his doctor to have his catheter changed, the doctor fucked up, and we had to take him to the emergency room to get it done right. He was screaming in pain. Needless to say, we are going to have a word with that doctor.

My niece will be one year old in a couple weeks. She is already crawling everywhere, and is trying to talk. She smiles everytime she sees me, so I guess she either likes me, or I am just funny looking. I guess it is better than last christmas, everytime I held her she cried. I still don't want one of my own. I am the uncle, I can play with her for a little while, then look at my brother and say "Take your kid", i like it that way.

It has been a long time, so it is time for an update. My dad had a small stroke last week, but is doing better, but it has me thinking that I need to take better care of myself, so I don't have as much of a risk of having a stroke myself. He is only 42, which seems a little young to have a stroke, but I guess its not. Yesterday was my grandfathers 84th birthday and he found out that he will have to wear a urinary catheter for the rest of his life. So, I have been playing nurse for the past few months. Hopefully things will be getting better soon.

Boy: Why is mommy crying?
Father: Because you're an asshole, thats why!

Happy Mothers Day

Just when you think things are going good, everything turns to shit.

I got a baby picture from my brother today.

Hopefully he will soon bring his ass back to Missouri so I can actually see the baby. But this works for now. I just wish I could have been there with him.

I am an uncle. My Brother just had his first child at 3:29 pm today
It is a little girl and they have named her Hailey Jade Darter.

Congradulations to Gary and Rosie, I love you Guys.
