You know, they started out as a fake band but now they released their second cd, went on their second U.S. tour and i like their music a lot more than a whole lot of 'real' bands out there. I think they've done pretty well for a cartoon.

on another note, i haven't even started to think about christmas. I love the holiday but when it comes to christmas music, cards, malls, people who decorate their house the day after thansgiving and leave the lights on 24/7 like it doesn't use electricity, Gap commercials, and cold weather... I'm kind of a grinch.

hate shopping. hmmmmmmmm this year i think i am gonna keep the spending in check. not for nothing but.. i always seem to go over board.. sisters.. nieces & nephew.. etc.
i hate to say that i usually feel jipped? but i kinda do.
my family doesnt expect me to go bananas but i tend towards excessive spending.
not this year! my car needs new fuel injectors!

Not sure what we are doing for gifts this year. I and my aunts and uncle have donated to animal shelters on behalf of each other the last two or three years, although they were too broke to do it last year. I did it for my parents last year as well, but we haven't discussed it this year. I still need to check with a couple of friends to see if we are exchanging gifts or doing donations.

yeah, i used to work retail, i did it for almost 10 years and i HATED how the company i worked for had a little script that we were supposed to say when people walked through the door or called. and Happy Holiday's was one of my least favorites.

Let people say what they want, its a more personal experience...i hate corporations
