Well it has been a truly crazy week... coming up on ending week one of this new me... workouts are simple and energy inducing. The burn is a nice one lol also not crazy diet just making better choices and all about portion control. I won't be hitting the scale yet.. why?? because all the matters right now is i am feeling great!!! more energy less sluggishness. Working a desk job kills ya!! but committing a minimum of 10 minuted a day to a workout video or brisk walk or simple weights in home is the commitment something i can do when catching up on the DVR watching tv isn't bad!! just sitting down and doing it is crunches and jogging in place keeping that heart rate up makes watching my favorite shows less guilty lol
