I am giving up smoking. I have cut back a lot and it is taking me nearly a week to go through a pack. I swear I am dying here!

and i've given up smoking. It's possible.

Do it for three weeks.
If you can make it past then, you're golden.
If you slip up, you have to go smoke free for three weeks again to relearn how to live without.
