It's been an interesting few months. A lot has happened and a lot has changed. I'm just hoping that now things will continue on a path for the best.
I have found an awesome girl, and I am trying to be patient....I really am, but it's tough. I understand the frustration and don't want to rush anything but I sometimes wish people knew what they wanted. I've said it before and will say it again, I am loving the trip, I just wish I knew the destination.
It's been an interesting few days. Not quite sure what to make of them just quite yet. And, it only got more confusing as time went on.
Well, Coheed and Cambria was fucking awesome, though they only played like, 5 songs. I did however get the chance to buy their comic at the show, so that was fucking sweet, it's impossible to find it anywhere else.
On another note, I've decided that if I can be emo anywhere it's right here. I'm starting to get really fucking sick of being alone. I want somebody to love, I'd say that I need somebody to love, if it wouldn't make me sound too desperate. I just spoke with a friend of mine about some of his issues more recently, and the shit sucks, but so far I've not even had the opportunity to experience that. I want to be able to say that I've made it through the rough parts, and earned what I've gotten, but I fucking can't. Doesn't help either that my uncle gave me some bullshit advice when I was younger to not fall in love with someone too fast or I'll just get hurt in the long run. Because I took that too far and now can't seem to get attached to anyone. When a hint of a relationship does break off, it doesn't leave any effect on me at all, other than reminding me that I'M STILL ALONE.
Fuck.

Soooo....I finally got a G1 Android, and I think that we need an SG app, shit would be awesome. Also, got my ears stretched again, up to a 4 now. Can't wait till I can get some sweet artwork in there.
WOOT. I started my venture into the realm of gauges yesterday. I got both my ears pierced to an 8g and plan to stretch them eventually to about a 3/4" probably. Still waiting to hear back from my GM though to make sure something that huge will be cool at work. They love me so much there though, I don't see why not. Hell, I'll wear some flesh colored plugs, and they won't even notice.
So, as it turns out, none of the videos I took are even near good enough quality to post.

So, because it was their last concert of this year, they decided to do something special (and imo, awesome). They contacted the local radio station before hand and asked them to gather up some musically inclined Weezer fans. Up on stage walks about, 40-50 people all with different instruments. Starting with the guitarists (about 15 of them) to 2 cellos, a bassoon, a mandolin and even a chick in tap shoes and then plenty of brass and woodwind instruments.
He went around and talked to some of them for a while, and then they began the jam. Once they started they realized their mistake and asked for "a little less guitars". The cello gave a solo for island on the sun, bassoon gave a solo for Beverly Hills followed by a trumpet solo (from a dood who had my old fro).
All and all it was amazing, and yes they did indeed play some of their older shit too. I almost pitched a fit though because it didn't seem at first that they were going to play Buddy Holly, but it was the LAST song they played. OOh, and when El Scorcho came on, my friend gave me this look like "hey man it's that song you love but makes you all depressed".
