I am unemployed once again.... 
Got laid off because they hired some new dude from Israel.
I don't wanna be buggin on the "race card tip".
I was the only black in management. I did not get along with the president of the company.
My head bartender got fired because he got into it with a 22 yr old bartender who knows jack shit.
He also happens to be the cousin of the president of the company. There whole family is from , You guessed it.
Israel.
It's disappointing. I've always been a hard working MF. And all I got to show for it since I've been in NY is
bouncing around from gig to gig.
Well, Time to get that unemployment check

That sucks about your job. Just not fair, and like you say, for what? But your time there alone says that they must've liked you enough, even if they now can't give a positive reference.
