Looks like with the way things in the bar business are going due to not only the economy but the tyrannical hypochistian rule of the city of Jacksonville FL, I will be administering the pain again at WestSide Tattoo very soon as apposed to DJing for a living for 15 years.

Hello SGland... I should be stoked but I'm not. I needed a good laugh & I found it in an article called "How to Attract Goth Chicks"... It's pretty funny. This blog is just a sort of recap of my last coupe weeks or so.
I have been putting off shooting sets, or anything for that matter, until my new camera body comes in... which will finally be Wednesday. Woohoo, right. I booked a set for Sunday in celebration. So if you are in or coming to the FL area, let's discuss shooting together. If you don't know me, I have links to some work on my profile. If you are one of the ladies who contacted me about shooting this summer, please PM me when you have your dates down. That way we can plan time, discuss ideas & find a location, if you don't already have one.
I will indeed be tattooing at the shop I was at a few years ago. I am happy about that because I don't think I can DJ another day. Even the site of the club makes me irritated, lol. I need peace, quiet & tranquility.
On that note, here's something sort of funny... I think I'll be ordering a yoga program in a few minutes. I need to drop about 25+lbs I put on last year. I had lost 60lbs but managed to hurt my shoulder, knee & an ankle injury that still hurts from a year & a half ago and gained about half back. I'm afraid that I've finally reached the age where skating & BMX are out. I get hurt for real now. I'd never broke anything or hardly ever got sick until about three years ago. It sucks. I have no problem dieting & am stubborn enough to be disciplined but need an exercise plan with NO impact. So, I still think yoga sounds a lil gay but I am open to give it 100% & see what happens. I'll be stoked to surf too, now that it's almost hurricane season. That's about the best exercise you can get.
I need to cut off half my dreads but it is a hard decision to follow through on. I've done it before. I just need to be in a shitty enough mood to make it happen.
That's all... I think I may take the motorcycle & see how fast I can make it to Daytona and back. I'm just sitting on my ass bored anyway. I got sunburned from hell last time.

So.. Yeah, I'll probably start working back at the tattoo shop starting this summer. It will be nice. I miss it, actually. I may actually start tattooing there in people's booths that are off until the one I'm getting opens up.
I'm not shooting sets now because Canon hates me and still hasn't got my mk3 in the mail. I am open to do some sets soon, though. If you will be or are already in the area, let's talk shooting. I can shoot with my 50D but am trying to hold off for the new camera first.
