with broccoli, tofu, pumpkin, spinach, carrot, zuccini. they were delish.
i really wanted to make them vegan, but pastry has magarine in it, and i have no idea how to make my own pastry (plus it was getting late.)
I would love to try and be vegan, but i think i am too lazy. ive been a vegetarian my whole life (with the exception of having eaten fish before - never again!
) and i was on a vegan diet as a child for 3 years to cure my asthma (it worked.)i dont drink milk, but i would miss eggs and cheese, although i think i could give them up because lately the thought of eating them makes me feel sick. but its just all the little things that have some sort of animal product in them. its alot for me to think about.
Does anyone have any vegan or vegetarian recipes theyd like to share?

Driven
Bought 3 pairs of shoes.
Lucy dyed my hair all brown again!
Shopped with Lucy at the mall. (Best friend/housemate)
Stole a cute pair of knee high stockings.
Went to James house with Steve and the boys.
Drank a bottle of wine.
Decided it would be a great idea to steal some "San Pedro" cactus from a house down the road,
to eat, to try to get high. I was feeling very crazy and excitable.
So we ventured off down the street, pulled off some cactus
(resulting in spikes and splinters all through our hands)
We ran the entire way home. I was armed with a kick ass hunting knife.
Then we all sat around, each of us de-spinning our 1 foot long cacti pieces.
Then skinning them and eating the gooey fleshy part just under the skin and discarding the fibrous core. It was much like eating Cucumber and Aloe-Vera.

Everybody else stopped before finishing there foot, but I was determined to keep going!
Nothing happened. No buzz, no kick, no hallucinations.
I am pretty sure it was the wrong kind of cactus. But we had fun.
It got late so Steve, Tim and I went home.
I threw up along the way; it felt good to have the cactus out of my stomach!
Never attempting that again.
And kids - don't take drugs.
Saturday:
Went to camping stores to find a mattress for the back of Steve's van.
Went out on the town.
Steve got extremely drunk and passed out on the bus home
- I could not for the life of me wake him up.
Then I had to half carry him home to the next suburb.
I couldn't understand a word he was saying half the time.
I babied him.
Sunday:
Steve didn't remember a thing from the night before,
I took pleasure in telling him all that he had done.
Slept the entire day then went and got pizza for dinner which we ate in the park, up in this giant wire climbing frame thing with little pods. We sat in one of the pods, wrapped in a blanket, looking out to the ocean. It was lovely.
A teenage couple were in a pod near by, making out and grinding each other.
I couldn't stop trying to see what they were doing!
Dinner and live entertainment!
It was perfect.
Then we watched Tombstone.
I am in love with Val Kilmer.
Monday:
Back to work = death.
But tonight is TV night with Lucy! We're going to watch heroes starting at season 1 because she hasn't seen any of it yet! I'm excited!
I want to go to Chile & Argentina. That is where the most beautiful women in the world are.

I went home on my lunch break, showered and tried to make myself look pretty.

first things first:
I am not cute anymore. 
I did a photo shoot for my housemates salon. They did my hair saturday afternoon.
Sunday was the shoot.
I got to the studio at 11:30am, extremely hungover i might add.
I got my hair and make-up done at probably 8pm or 9pm.
The time before that spent sitting around, bored out of my brains.
I started getting shot at 10pm. I got to wear cool black latex clothes. And shoes that were too small my toes feet they were going to break. An hour and a half of awkward back breaking posing and i finally got to go home. i was in bed at 12:30am. I slept until 12pm monday. No work for me.
I am never doing hair modeling EVER again. 12 fucking hours.
The Fri-Sat beforehand were good though.
Steve drove me up to my parents, we hung out, then slept in his new van.
Woke up Saturday, and showed him the creek i spent most of my childhood at.
Then had croisants with nutella!
Then went to the beach with my family for the kite festival.
The only photo i got was of a person in a frog costume.
The frog was mainly playing around with small children, but then it picked Stevie out of the crowd, and made him pull along its little cart.
oh and Friday me and the work boys went to lunch at Hells Pizza.

Best pizza ive ever tasted. And they have 4 vege options and 1 vegan. Awesome!
Thats about it for my weekend.
This is where i sit and work all day, everyday.
Last night Dye and i had nachos & wine then went and saw Eagle Eye at the cinema. I enjoyed it. But while i was walking along the street after, alone, all the street lights around me went out (this used to happen alot when i was younger - but usually only one light) so that kind of freaked me out.

Soon i will be getting a pet rat, ive always thought rats were ugly and dirty. But a friend of ours has a fair few of them and i played with one on the weekend and he was just adorable! and clean. so ive designed a cage im going to build and when Matts rats have babies im going to get 2!
Fri night went to Glam night.
Saturday night we played pool. Then went to Rics and danced.

We laughed all the way home. Then steve and i had a grass fight with the 2 clumps of dirt, which mainly consited of us rubbing them in eachothers face. i got alot of dirt in my mouth. And lost my glasses. (but found them later)
Then i slept all day and missed the pizza, black books, beer night. I SUCK.

Fingers crossed i get in. I am over full time work. Student life means less money, but atleast i will be doing something i like and working toward something.

Saturday night went to a beach party.
Steve went as Scuber Steve and i wore a bikini (with a jacket over the top) - which took guts. I know i am naked on here for thousands to see - but when it comes to publically showing off my white legs and ghetto booty - i am a little frightened. I hardly ever go to the beach or wear a binkini, im a black stockings or over the knee socks type girl. And NO-ONE else was in a bikini!!! So after a while of frolicking around i atleast put a sheer dress over the top to hide my butt.
Drove to another party.
I threw up.
Then played dress ups with the hostess.
Sunday night Steve and i got pizza and sat in the back of his van by the water and ate it. It was so fun and romantic.
I am so happy.
I let my boyfriend cut my hair.
