Sorry all - been busy with finals and the last few weeks of classes...plus working for Christmas money, ugh! Took my last final today, at least that stress is off my mind. Now hopefully my grades will be in this week, and I passed the classes I could, and my GPA will go up some. Next semester I'm going to work my ass off. I guess tons of people screw up in their first year of college right? Well, not to make excuses, but I did start when my son was a month old, took too many credit hours on (20 - I seriously underestimated college), had a rough patch when my son's father first left...and yeah. Kind of went to hell. This semester started off bad because I was working all the time, and two classes were beyond repair. It's okay though. I'm actually really good at school and whatnot, so it's an easy fix (considerably).

Ares has been doing good. We got Christmas/1 year pictures done, he looks sooo handsome!

Dreads started! I underestimated when people say it takes a long time to do, and ended up starting at 11 last night. Needless to say, I ended up with one row done and went to bed. Lol. Finishing them tonight after work. Can someone tell me a good way to keep the ends tight, without major amounts of wax? They're actually starting off pretty decent for my boyfriend's and my first attempt at it. I love them already, can't wait to be done.

& Today is Ares's first birthday! I can't believe at 1:29 AM a year ago I had him. Best day of my life. The two weeks that followed in the NICU (he was sick) weren't too great, but yeah.

Oh, & nipple piercings a week from Saturday...excitedddd. Probably gonna do my dreads around then too...little nervous about that one. My boyfriend's helping me, so hopefully between the two of us we won't screw it up too bad.

I have officially decided that I'm dying my hair then committing to dreads.
