Sometimes you feel like you are utterly alone in the world, that nobody really gives a crap about your exsistance or even acknowledges it, and then something happens that gives you the slighest bit of hope and enough positive energy to make it through another day without seeing if your brain has a chewy center.

Thanksgiving basically blows, my only family up here is my sister and she worked on Turkey day so I basically had microwave food for T-Day. My landlord, who is a relatively new friend of mine, noticed this and mentioned it to his Mother. They were celebrating T-day on Saturday (yesterday) and she invited me to come up to Maine and join them. I was hesitant to do so but decided what the hell. This wonderful family invited me into thier celebration, though I had never met them and only knew one member for a few months. We had a great time and I was throughly uplifted.

Apparently thier are good people in this world.
