Hey Suicide World,

Long time no write, it feels like. I've been working lately even in the backyard when I'm sitting with coffee. Bollywood is my mistress.

And I'm up for good part in a new indie film (the director said there would be some "non sexual" nudity). Ahh that good old platonic, Victorian, stoic nudity.

I noticed today that my SG friend list has gotten smaller. Am I not a good cyber friend? Perhaps if I were to write a more scintillating journal entry, perhaps perhaps perhaps.

I finally posted the Wakestock pictures... still worth it because the dudes fly so high on the wake.

I've also found another Go Kart track that has formula one cars and you need to have a liscence to drive. Oh yeah that's going to become my new hangout.

I watched two Paul Newman movies yesterday (The Hustler and Cool Hand Luke) and I decided I love him. He has that awesome smile and he not only races cars, he owns a whole racing team. And he makes salad dressing, what more can a girl want from an old time movie star?

I want to meet a boy who races cars. And a boy who plays guitar in a rock and roll band. Can be the same boy. Twice the fun. He can play while he drives.

It's Saturday today and here I am again in my backyard with a nice big cup of fresh ground, marbled coffee. What is that you ask? My fave coffee place in Toronto -Balzac's- makes a marble roast that is a blend of mild, medium and dark roasts. You get all the notes of all the flavours. It's tops love . So now I buy several kinds of beans and marble it myself.

I was supposed to go up north this weekend to visit my friend who's mom got left a huge inheritance and then married a millionaire to top it off. My friend grew up very poor (sometimes living in motels which her mother cleaned) and then when she was in her early 20s-- in a cinderella story-- her mom got left a huge plastics company which she now owns and runs (good for her for running it herself!). Now they live in a mansion north of Toronto and they have (get this) stables and a Ferrari collection. I was really looking forward to seeing this place in the day. I had been there at night last Christmas and didn't see the horses or cars, it was too dark and cold.

She is a member of the Coquettes, a great burlesque troupe in Toronto. Daughter, not the mother. Although her mom would count a MILF.

She's going to get her MA in England for a year so I won't get to see her before she goes. I'm sad about that and sad to not check out her mom's digs in the light of day. I'm sure I'll get ther someday.

Thanks 605 for the "edit" info. I see it now, clear as a bell on the column to my right.

So anyway that's why I'm here, in my backyard on this lovely day.

There are airplanes flyng low over my trees, I live close to Lake Ontario and The Air Show started today.

This is the calm before the storm of producing my first Bollywood movie. I'm superstoked to start, meetings might start as early as next week. There are 30 locations for each dance sequence. This made no sense to me until I rented and watched a few Bollywood Blockbusters last weekend and boy are they awesome (in the melted cheese sort of way) and boy do they flip around in locations. The one I saw had this impossibly beautiful woman in it, I forgot her name-- she was Miss Universe 2000.

I bought a dehumifier off ebay (my first ebay purchase). Brand new almost a third of the price. And last night I went Go Karting on a 3 km mini-indy track. I think Go Karting is the coolest and I think I want to buy my own Kart down the road. I'd soup it up and trick it out. Get it painted with zebra stripes and purple running light (can you get lights on Go Karts?) I think that would rock.

So now I'm going to see if I can get one my breakfast boys to whip something up for me to go with my coffee. I'm going to get them aprons and hats that say Kiss The Cook.

Ta ta for now

Here it is the beginning of ther week again and here I am sitting in my backyard again drinking coffee. And waiting for a boy to bring me breakfast outside. Things are going really well and I'm getting a good balance of work and play. Sometimes I can be known to work too hard tongue . Is this a yawn or a tongue out smiley? I can't tell.

I often work through weekends and then I chillax when it's less busy. I don't have any meetings or auditions today so I'm going to the Ex today. Canadian National Exhibition for those not from Toronto. Totally awesome carny rides (complete with real carnies that smoke while they work the rides and stare at the girls) with a midway and all these booths that sell great stuff cheap. The rides are old and rusty and down and dirty. There is a drop ride that makes me cum. I love it.

I shot a Mizubishi commerial last frinday that took place on a bus. They hooked all the lights on scaffolds outside the bus and we pulled a small electrical generator behind us. And then they drove the bus around the same block all day with coppers on choppers in a motorcade around us. I don't know if motorcade is the right word but I've always wanted to use it. You know cops who ride in formation with their huge motorcycles, big white helmets and mirror shades. Are those highway cops?

And I leared that if the generator was on and someone stepped with one foot on the bus and one foot on the ground they would be electricuted. eeek

The commercial was mega retarded with everyone screaming when they saw this new Mitzubishi car. It looked to me like they were terrified that it was such a scary car.

mad blackeyed

Oh my god the Mitzubishi Marketing Smilie just punched me. I should watch my mouth-- Spy Smilies are everywhere.

Maybe I'll get some pictures at The Ex, I'm going with my favourite photographer Dave. I know I still didn't post the Wakestock ones from two weeks ago- I asked Dave for them and he keeps forgetting to get them to me.

shocked It's raining men. Halleluja.

Good Day Sunshines,

I am sitting in my backyard drinking coffee and eating fresh baked bread. Yum.

We've been wanting to secure a co-production deal with a Bollywood Film Production company and this morning it began its pay off. A company that I worked with briefly two years ago is now wanting to co-produce a film in Canada and we're talking speficis on the phone tomorrow. I love Bollywood films and this would be such a great feather in my producer cap. And they have a sweet amount of money. Some Bollywood companies make over 100 Billion dollars a year eeek . When I read these number I made this face eeek . And then I thought love eureeka! I want to work with one of these companies to help financially lubricate our indie films.

eeek I said lubricate eeek

blackeyed of no, the one Smilie just punched the other one. Oh my god, do I call a Smilie ambulance. What's the number?

(Smilie drama aside) I want to start a long term relationship with this Indian Production Company go shoot in India. That would kick some serious ass. Serious ass.

Hey I've just planned my next SG shoot (I can submit again end of October) and the photographer I use is renting all sorts of swank equipment for a big shoot of his end of September. I'm very excited and this time have a much better idea what I want.

Off to woo India via email in a
Z-Bra & Z-String.

Just kidding. I wear full clothes when I woo India. India would have it no other way.

Hey Ya'll

Today I went to WakeStock on the Toronto Island and it was really awesome. And top it off it was a gorgeous day. The slightly sleepy staff on the normally laid back Island were totally overwhelmed with the huge crowds that WakeStock brought. I took the small ferrry over to avoid the masses and a hand full of us riders shared it with 6 press vans. I'll post some pictures of wake boarders doing wicked flips when I get them off the camera. I have no pictures of the overwhelmed staff.

I also recently re-discovered my childhood obsession with Boy Geoge and have re-reading his autobiogrphy "Take It Like A Man". I honestly have to say that book is one of the most entertaining biographies I have ever read. He had the wildest life and he is an extremely interesting storyteller and wickedly funny. I can read it out loud and any point in the book (it's all anecdotes) and have everyone in stitches.

There are five boys playing poker in my kitchen. I feel like a bad ass hosting a betting event in my house. I don't play poker, I just heckle them.

STARFEST was awesome last night. I have never seen so many astronomers, enormous telescopes, assorted star gazing equipment or so many computers in one place. It was in the middle of farmland one and a half hours north est of Toronto. In this surprisingly gorgeous valley (I think it might be some part of the Niagara escarpment).

We convinced the security guard to let us in free (we missed all the events and keynote speakers... we really just wanted to camp and stargaze). There was a meteor shower.

WE didn't get there until after dark (we went with a group and waited for them all to be ready) and the funnny part was I had a brand new tent (that I got for Christmas) which I had never seen open before. I was totally lazy and watched the magic multi-layered sky while other people put up my tent. So when the sun came up I was happy to see that I was the proud owner of a blue and grey four person tent that is quite tall (better than my last one) and has a little porch on the front.

I'm off to a meetings and 2 auditions.

I am getting ready to move my production company into a larger office with a casting facility/ small studio right onsite. This is very exciting as our last office was very shabby and small. After some looking we've found our new place and I don't even have to do much to it-- the walls are deep dark purple and the floor is black. Purrfect.

My assistant's friend is a mural painter and she is going to paint zebra stripes on one wall and the company logos one another wall (there are actually two companies running under one umbrella).

Yesterday I was sitting in my backyard working on my laptop and an older German man walked by in the neighbour's backyard and started to talk to me over the fence (he's my neighbour's boss, I'd never met him before). It turns out that his home town is really close to my fathers's in Germany and we started to speak German. Within about 10 minutes he asked me to marry him. I thanked him for his interst and suggested he might get along well with my dad. Ha ha, oh those unexpected backyard marriage proposals.

Speaking of German... here are some awesome signs from a small town in Austria (they speak German there too, that's where my Mom is from) that I'm going to post here.

Hmmm, I can't post it here as easily as I thought. I'll start another photo section with the shots I wanted to put here.

Tonight I'm going to STAR FEST, an all night star gazing and meteor shower extravaganza. It's 1.5 hours outside of Toronto. It's all science geeks and stoners... I think it's going to be awesome.

I'm hungry and going to make bok eggs & oink ham on a sandwich.

First I'll post some funny shots.

I have been looking at all the girls in alphabetical order... in two days I have gotten from A to Claire.

My internet is sluggish today. Claire took, like 7 minutes to load. I think I will stop for the moment.

Next I have from Claire to Z.
