I just got an email letting me know a former Navy SEAL colleague and friend of the family was killed last week. I don't know the circumstances, but what I do know I wish I didn't. It just pisses me off...

Naturally, he was one of my first contacts in the contracting industry and helped me get into contracting myself. I'll never forget him telling me my resume was impressive. That meant a lot coming from a SEAL.

He'll be missed.
