Here's a bit of news. I am buying a house that's being constructed down in Queen Creek. I know what you're thinking, "Damn, that's a long drive!". However, I think it'll be worth it. It helps that I live in Gilbert, so it is a reasonable stretch. I'm sick of looking at 20+ year old houses that are gambles at best, fighting with cash buyers who are looking to flip or rent out said homes, and MLS systems being a week or more behind on updating changes to properties. Buying brand new was so simple.

So, it's only a concrete slab at the moment. It should be done in 2 or 3 months.
