OK, so my weight loss thing has not gone so good. Jan - today, lost only 5 lbs. Somedays 10 but it fluxs up and down by 5 so I count only 5. This next week I'll be going to two Tai Chi classes and leading two. Monday - Thursday four classes. This should help.
Happy new year all! Just wanted to start off with " New Year Resolutions SUCK!" A few months back I started a second job at this bistro I love to eat at. They were short handed and I wanted to see if it was something I could pull off. The job took up most of my free time and I had no time for workouts. Now the new year has started and the sweets during the holidays took a toll on my mid section. 3 years ago I had dropped from 210 lbs, my heaviest ever to 185-190 lbs. That is where I hovered ever since. Now I'm at 200 lbs. Or at least I was a week ago. I have started working out again and stopped the snacking. I even started to make a little healthier food. I saw yesterday that our house hold, (5 of us, 3 yrs to 37 yrs old) spent $1,023.00 last month on fast food and dining out. Now for a small city in West Texas... That's a shit load. Our grocery expenses were just under $200 more then that. Had to rein that shit in. Here in West Texas, there are so many Fat people. I'm not talking about chubby. I'm talking about," How did they get there fat ass in that car?" and "Who has to help them get out?"
I don't want to be one of them. I think I've lost some weight but haven't weigh my self yet. Right now I'm eating a CLIF Bar, blk cherry almond (240 Calories), instead of the normal 2 or 3 Friday donuts. That's about a 320 caloric difference in breakfast. Dinner a couple of days ago was homemade pizza with wheat dough bought from a great pizza joint and a large salad. Usually I would have 4-6 pcs of Dominoes' hand tossed pepperoni and jalapeno. I've had no sodas since the 1st and back to my tai chi schedule. My goal is 5-10 lbs less then before. So 170 - 180 lbs.
Cross your fingers.

I haven't posted anything in a while. Not much here. I've been working my regular job, 8 to 5 every week day and the second job, Mon - Wed & Fri and Sat - 6:30 til 10ish. sometimes til midnight. My wife is ok with it and I will be quitting the nite gig after the new year. I just needed to know if it was something I would be able to do well. I think I could and now need to make the decision to shit or get off the pot. If any of you even read this please reply with an answer to this.
If you don't cook but can heat up food. and someone offers you 1-10 meals a week for the same amount you are spending on fast food and eating out, would you do it?
what is more important to you? Cost, tastes, ease or speed? please rate them in the order you feel is more important to least important.

The Austin City Music Fest was awesome. Stevie Wonder was great. Social D was great, I was a little disappointed with Foster The People. It sounded like a CD on a big radio. It just didn't seem Live. Ray LaMontagne was cool and laid back, good show. I choose Cold Play Over Kanye West, Never cared for the guy. Cold Play was great. J Roddy Walston & the Business, great name by the way, tore the house down. I didn't care for Iron & Wine but my wife liked them and it was her choice. Messed TV on the Radio and My Morning Jacket. Stevie was Awesome. I missed Mariachi el Bronx, kinda bummed about that. Did get to see the last half of the Walkmen, they were ok. Fleet Foxes were OK, not really my scene. Arcade Fire did really well, great light show.
Social Distortion was my fav, I stood in line for an autograph for over an hour. During this time the D bags behind me started encroaching on my space and pushing forward. They started talking to the couple in front of the guy in front of me and were stuck there. I let it go and half way threw the line, the need to pee hit me. Then the guy heading the autographs made the announcement they they were running late and would only do another 30 mins. then five and then one. I got to about 6th in line and the guy that had made the announcements opened the gate and let in everyone but me. It looked like he was going to end it and I announce, while pointing. "They jumped the line!, If they get in and I don't I'm going to start some shit." The guy stated that " There's not need to start some shit and let me slide in." The big rockabilly greaser behind me hit me in the shoulder and handed me a CD. If your the last one can you get my CD signed. I said sure. After the guy saw him and heard me. he let in another group of 5 or so and closed the line. I was smiling from ear to ear and was like a kid while talking to the guys. The last 3 days were AWESOME. Now I'm like 5'9", 180 lbs. Not a big guy and almost round. I'm no threat to anyone. So I was surprised that my start some shit comment worked. The Social D concert was great. Played most of the new stuff an some of the great oldies. Had some distortion/humming during some of the songs and you could see they were not to happy with that. It kinda distracted them. They ended the show with ring of fire and my drunk wife danced her ass off.

Over all I had a great time with my wife. The last three days were great.
So, just over two weeks ago my wife and I were at a restaurant I have admired for awhile. They were busy and we ate at the bar. The guy behind the bar kept apologizing for the wait and his lack of service. We had no where to go and all night to get there so we didn't care. It was a nice night for us. The guy behind the bar, Boris is his name, looked flustered. I stated that I saw the help wanted sign and inquired if that meant in the kitchen as well. He said yes & asked if I knew someone. you see he didn't expect my wife or I because you don't eat at a place like this unless you have a job already. It's not cheap and we only go there on special occasions and stuff like that.
I told Boris that I was interested in a cooking position for nights. I have a good job but have always wanted to start my own restaurant or something like that. He asked if I was a good cook. I said yes and my wife said great cook. Boris asked me to come by the next night and take a look around... kick the tires if you will. I have been there now 12 days out of the last 16 days. They are closed on Sundays and were closed for Labor day too. Tonight will be my first night by myself, in the back. you see, Boris' mom & dad have been the only cooks for the last year and this last month the whole shop has been with out 2 waiters, a hostess and a dish washer. I have been washing dishes while learning the menu. The next two nights will be me and the manager/waitress. One in front and one in back of house. Wish me luck. If I can do this I will start to get things ready for my own gourmet food truck. Something I know the world has had for awhile but Odessa Texas has never seen.

Last night, I stood over you while you laid on your back, with out clothes or shame. Knees raised up to heaven & your pussy dripping with excitement. I rubbed on it with my two middle finger for a while lubricating them up before penetrating you. One finger at first then two, my little finger massage your back door and you moaned with ecstasy. Slow at first, then while gaining speed I could feel your clit on the palm of my had, so hard I thought it my rub away skin as I thrust my hand at a 90 degree angle to your plump lips.
You took my cock in your hands, holding the shaft firm and causing the head to swell, and slowly licked and caressed it with your lips and tongue. There was a passion and longing I haven't seen in you for a very long time. It was as if you were rediscovering my dick and exploring its ridges and veins for the first time. I know it was only about 5 mins long, but it felt like a life time of love when you could take no more and asked me to, "Quickly, stick it in me!" An order I followed with great glee.
Sucking on your lips as I thrust inside you was amazing. When you came... that long cum you had. I know it was a good two minutes at least but felt like ten. Halfway threw it I could no longer hold back. I had to fill you with my cum. As we finished each other off, before all the pain of life and reality came back, I saw my heaven in your eyes.
All morning I have though of the past. My head in the clouds of last night.
