A word of caution-EASE back into running if you haven't done it in a few months. It was a nice day, I ran 6 miles with 1000 feet elevation gain/drop in 2 miles. That was 3 days ago and I am still walking around like there was a sledge hammer contest on my legs. #myassisdraggin
Been off the blogosphere for a while (duh). Here's a summation of what happened: Got a girlfriend. Had a great time. Went skiing. Didn't work out. We split up. Kinda sucks. I think, think, I am done dating for a stretch (I know, I know, prolly not totally my decision). I am going to concentrate on my family and my career. I got a kinda big promotion last week-I got my dream job and-I want to do good things. Keep it weird.
