I've had a long week and it's only Wednesday. One of my co-workers is on vacation and that's fine and then the other one knowing that I'd be alone decided to "get sick" on Friday. Why do I think she's faking because she was complaining all day friday and then asked one of the other girls if she'd be willing to cover her evening shifts. My boss has seen single me handle the front desk by myself while the regular crew gets overwhelmed with 3 people there.
The girl who is supposed to be there with me and the part time person are useless. Like using brawny to help put out a gas fire... USELESS!!!!! Anyway, she decided last minute she was going to work the late shift today (No late night doc on Wednesday) And when I say last minute, I mean if she was going to work the late shift she was supposed to be at the office at 10:30. She called at 10:38 to tell me she was going to work the late night then showed up at 11:30AM. Then with showing an hour late she still took lunch (a fucking hour and half) Yeah it's been that week...
Then I came home to my on again off again back on again significant other to find out he lost his job. He will get unemployment but he feels horrible and I have no clue how to make him feel better. I am just having to deal with a lot....but I will be heading to NYCC on Friday..... I just have to put up with tomorrow and that's it....Then dork out for the weekend with my Babe...Hopefully that will cheer him up a bit.
This may effect my move.... we will see.
