Things with the job search will work out eventually - hoping something will come soon with the recent and upcoming interviews. If not, I've got time and will keep looking.

Ideally I was hoping to continue at the old job (albiet in my mentally checked out form) and leave on my own terms, but that was not meant to be. I really don't think they realized just how much work I did - they are going to be slammed with work over the next few weeks and won't know what to do. It's definitely much worse for them than it is for me.
