12k bike ride tonight with my girly! It was great and so much easier than I thought! What a great night. My mom made home made wings and then I went for a nice 2 hour bike exploration of Montreal.

Physio tomorrow then back to work after my week off! Happy I biked today since I forgot I wanted to get to yoga today. I think I'll be doing that ride more often
