Um...yeah. Started working again as a waitress in Parkville, the new house is bomb, yadda yadda. My sister told me a couple of weeks ago that she's 3 months preggers with her second child, hooray. My dad got married in Hawaii and I went to the lil reception thingy. Other than that, not much has been going on besides my crushing need for the internet at my new place. More to come tomorrow when I'm over here at mom's doing laundry and whatnot, and more updates with more frequency when I finally get some internet hookage.

Sorry about the delay for an update, everyone, but since I've moved into my new house, I have no internet. I came over to my mom's to do some laundry tonight, and lo and behold, they got their connection back. So yay, and here's my lil update.

I did get to go to the SG Burlesque show....it was awesome! I was enthralled. Shambles came up and introduced herself to me first thing, which was really sweet! I was up on the little deck thingy behind the merch booth playing pool for the first part of the show.
I also got to meet agent_akane, Devil_Bitch, Llorando75, tinsoldier, and ONiNOKUKAN, which was pretty sweet. I thought I might have caught sight of Valen and Blossom, but I wasn't sure.

In case anyone else saw me, I was the chick in knee high boots, fencenets, a leather skirt, and a faux-corset top with blue lacing. Oh, and my little skull hat from my picture.

Well, now that I know mom has the internet again, I'll be back soon to update...for now, it's laundry time.

Man. I am so frickin' tired from moving. I spent all yesterday packing, moving, and unpacking umpteen boxes. It was great. I'm 3/4 done with the moving, and halfway done unpacking. It was nice to sleep in the new place last night, though.
Now all I need is to get some cable and internet and IT'S ON. I probably won't be posting as often for a little bit, but don't worry, I'll still be around. I don't have a washer and dryer at the new house, so I have to come back to my mom's to do laundry. Oh well. Pthhhht.

This afternoon I have to go to my diversion evaluation, woohoo. I'm still feeling like crap after coming down with a bad sinus infection last week, so that should be tons of fun. Damn it, I'm hungry. Maybe mom will take me to go get some food in awhile. Heehee.

Ok...one more thing before I go look at pretty boobies. Final call for everyone going to the SG Burlesque show at the Granada? My boy and I are definately going, so look for the tallish chick in the skull and crossbones beanie. That's me. Woohoo. So far, I've met Texas, Sophie, Jill, and timeoftheeclipse. So I can't wait to meet more of ya there. Just remember to tell me your SG name so I know who the heck you are, hahahaha.

Thanks for all the info on diversion, everyone. That helped a bunch. It was pretty much what I expected, pee tests SUCK though. As far as I hear, though, if a drop a dirty (pot) UA, they can't do much about it since it's a alcohol related charge. But who knows, I'll find out more on Monday when I go in for my evaluation.

Last night went out and the boy bought me the new Gorillaz CD (WOO!) and we also got the new Family Guy DVD. It's frickin hilarious, I'm in lust.

Also, I seem to be addicted to that Head Automatica song, "Beating Heart Baby". Whenever it comes on the radio I turn it up really loud and sing along. Heehee.

I'm frickin' hungry. And I can't do anything about it right now because a) there's no food in the house; b) my mom's boyfriend took the credit card earlier and hasn't given it back yet; and c) the boy is still at work. AUGH. Sometimes when I don't eat for long periods of time I get really sick to my stomach, and it's getting to that point riiiiight about now where I feel like I'm going to start gagging. I haven't eaten at all today, and it's 7:10pm. The last thing I ate was a chicken finger and two shrimp from Long John Silver's, and that was all I had to eat yesterday.
Oh, yes, it's time for me to go grocery shopping.

Oh, crap. Survivor is on. Must go watch that and then the America's Next Top Model from last night. God I love DVR.

And I had court for my DUI this morning.
Looks like I'll be on diversion. Anyone been on diversion as an adult? What all does it entail? I don't have my evaluation for another week and I'd like to know a bit of what to expect.

I just took my third pregnancy test in a month and a half.
Negatory. So what's up with this? I haven't had the "MONTHLIES" in over two months. {:\
Ok, body....if I'm not preggers, at least give me my rag so I can get it the fuck over with and stop worrying about cysts and tumors and CANCAAAAH. Heh.
Durn. I would have been unimaginably stoked if it had come up positive. Heehee.

So right now I'm sitting around with the dog (he's 1/2 pitbull, 1/2 boxer...he comes up to my hipbones and weighs about 100lbs. DON'T FUCK WITH ME, MY DOG WILL EAT YOU &hearts, smoking a bowl and perusing the cable channels looking for something to watch. 48 Hours Mystery isn't on for another twenty minutes or so. Beh.

Anyone care to guess how many times I've left my house in the past month? Probably six times, and four of those were grocery shopping. Yep, one trip to the movies to see Lord of War, and one trip out to Grandview to pick up smoke.
God. I am fucking pathetic. Not being able to drive, not having a job, not going to school, not having any damned friends. I'm freaking lame. So bored. So boring. I don't even want to put on makeup and take pix to share because I don't have the software to download them onto this laptop...so no one will see them but me. CRY.

I know that I want to go see Corpse Bride (maybe tomorrow at Barrywoods in the early evening, anyone else want to meet up?), and I'm definately going to the burlesque show on the 24th of October. I need to make it to RenFest before it's over this year and get my yearly turkey leg. God I love those things. This is all I have planned for...the month.

Oh, I have to go to court on the 4th for my DUI last month, too. THAT should be fun. I have no money to pay any fines, and my mom will be in NOLA until the 16th. That means I'll probably have to get a continuance if I have to pay fines. GOD. I just want that crap to be over so I can get my liscence back and get a fucking job so I can get out of the house.

I also need to get signed up for school in spring (GASP!!!! I'm going back to school after 5 1/2 years!!) and sign up for all the basic classes that I'll need for prereqs, plus my sign classes. Those are always fun, though, it's not even like a class to me. Hopefully I will meet some new people in school to hang out with...I miss having a group of friends to go out and do stupid things with. I miss going to Denny's in the middle of the night for coffee, driving around singing loudly to MM (aaah, 1998, how I miss you), tipping over PortAPotties and making a run for it, walking around the Plaza and taking pictures of crazy shit, going to the mall just to look around...hell, I miss talking to people on the phone. That's WIERD for me, because I'm usually crap on the phone unless I've been drinking. I prefer to talk in person.

Ok, enough crap now. I think I'm just going to make this into my main journal now, since I actually have met some of y'all in person. Not to mention I'd hang out with you fuckers anytime I could, since you're cool and all.
