Yeah, it has been a while ... again. Lot going on, though. No more touring countries, but working more on my photography now. So ... if you are in the area of Bochnia, Poland (yeah, I know ... EVERYONE is sooo close), please drop by this Friday the 13th for my photo exhibition at Mała Czarna pub. I'll be showing my travel potrait photos as well as a wall of portraits of the locals that frequent the pub. My friends, Mimikra, will play a set or two of music as well. The more the merrier!

A lot of travel lately. Since September of 2008 have been through Russia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ethiopia, Jordan and am now in Syria. It is work, but at least it is work I like! Well, back to the streets of Damascus...

Well, it looks like it may be a summer of experimentation ... and hopefully a bit of time to get round to things! The band is on hiatus from gigging, so that means I may get the chance to put some other songs together for my own project and try to perform a few of them live (which could be a technical nightmare considering that one track I wrote has 4 different bass lines!!). Also, as mentioned in the previous blog, I hope to shoot another set for a SG hopeful shortly. It's all about the time, ain't it!?

OK ... trying to get some time back on here and actually become more interactive. Also in the process of photographing and working on a set for a new SG hopeful. I have forgotten how picky I can be when it comes to photography! Also, I am having to learn the ins and outs of digital photography. It has been hard to set aside my trusty Pentax loaded with B & W film and do things in colour!

You know ... had to do a photo shoot last night (web pics for a TV show I present here in Poland) ... now, I like taking photos of others, but when the tables are turned and I have to be the "model" ... never know exactly where to put the hands, do you? Don't get me wrong ... I like it, but having about 100 shots taken of yourself as opposed to just a few snaps that are taken when we play a concert ... whole different ball of twine.
