Well now, it's been a quite surprisingly decent birthday thus far. Friends actually remembered this year, and the birthday wishes from people here have been nice too. So I got myself some geek stuff for my birthday. A shiny new N7 jacket, a brown coats beanie, and my new pride and joy...

A beautiful replica of Captain Reynolds' gun. Look at how it dwarfs my poor combobulator there in the background. I'll post pics of the jacket and beanie eventually.

So otherwise, mercifully class was cut early after only an hour today since it's the first day. I've never been in a class this small, only 7 of us. Seems like it may be interesting, but it also seems like a lot of work. It's dealing with literature written during and around the American Revolution.

It's going to be a long semester...
