why are they called "One-A-Day Vitamins" if the directions say to take two?

still feelin' off/illish... but took some 24hr meds that helped for part of the day today...
but 24hrs my @$$ ... the sinus pressure came back - in f'n spades! - after maybe 18hrs.
so... took a naproxen to see if that will help and will take another 24hr when it's been 24hrs.

doesn't help either that I came home to a 90° apartment thanks to my ever-delightful downstairs neighbors having their windows and deck door open.
*sighs*
I can barely feel it in this state, but that's not the point.

once my grocery delivery arrives (within the hour), I intend on spending the weekend laying down and (hopefully/fingers crossed) feelin' better.

*whew*
if there really are any gods out there, besides myself, I'll come out of this with some kick-ass super ability... somehow, though, I doubt it. *sighs*
