Hello lovelies! Some generous person renewed my account, so here I am. I'm not sure to what ends... I am currently traveling for the next year on a nice paying photography contract shooting hotels. Boring, but good money makes that alot easier to endure. Unless SG changed thier policies on payment for photogs, I'm still not willing to submit anything to them. The camera body I use now, just the body.. not lenses... is $4000... now can you imagine what we spend a year on the full equipment? $200 a shoot is flat out offensive if you are a professional. Anyhow, hello again and you can email me at jen.shumate@hotmail.com if I'm needed... keep in mind I am booked solid for the next year, but after that I would be willing to arrange shoots with models that want to pay a fair fee.

After reading about the contract on the rights photographers retain of the images and SG not allowing models/photogs to work on other competitors, I'm going to decline working directly with SG. I like the ideals of the website, but the legal restrictsions are too demanding for me.
