This Friday begins my 17-day road trip, which will take me across the United States and then back.
Purpose of trip:
For the hell of it.
Might as well while Im still young.
Buy goofy t-shirts along the way.
Perhaps see something that inspires me to start writing again.
Maybe meet my future wife in a desolate midwestern state (this one is farfetched, but I got my fingers crossed).
Planned stops along the way: Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, St Louis, Denver, San Fran, LA, San Diego, Austin, New Orleans, Savanna, and then up the east coast.
This may be fitting too much into a short time span, which will rush it all. But I got my road music (Bowie, Billy Idol, YYYs, Wu-Tang Clan), a copy of Weird USA, and plenty pairs of clean underwear. So off I go.
People that I currently love and adore (*wink*wink*) will be receiving postcards from me along my travels.
The planned route

And now I bid you adieu.
