Last episode of House is on tonight! I'm excited but a little sad too, I always thought that Gregory House was one of the most compelling and complex characters in television history. Even when the show started to decline a bit Hugh Laurie always gave it 110% I feel.
I am sure some cheap, mind numbing, hollow reality show will take it's place in time.
Friday night I had a date and she stood up which sucked, she gave me such an obvious and weak excuse, I think her ex-boyfriend came back into the picture and probably in her too. My brother being the cool dude he was took me out to a bar and we got drunk, fun drunk not throwing up and being an asshole drunk, well there was a movie theater across the street so we went and saw BATTLESHIP!!!!
Now Battleship literally could of been called Transformers 4 and it would probably get more asses in the seats, the movie was so fucking stupid but I found myself enjoying it on a B movie level. (I'm sure the booze helped)
Everything was overly bad and cheesy but I will admit watching a battleship duke it out with an alien warship was cool.
So if you must see it, wait for DVD, Pirate Bay, Ondemand and be pretty loaded or high as a kite.
I am glad it's getting warm outside, try to break out the swimming trunks and sunscreen. I've been working on my body Lost a few pounds and working the core, the ladies like it you have abs.

Sunday we spent the morning watching Family Guy and eating breakfast but then went and saw MARILYN MANSON at The Orbit Room in Grand Rapids, a small venue!

It's been almost 7 years since they released any new material I like Serj Tankian's solo work and Scars on Broadway isn't bad either but it's not SOAD. Even right now I am rocking to Toxicity.

I love John Carpenter! His movies have always been highly entertaining B movie fun but he often has serious underlining themes and concepts.
The man is a master of horror, science fiction, action and even comedy I think.
