time for a little catch up ....................

so my lack of availablity recently is due to me being a poorly bunny. im almost all mended. as some of you guys know earlier this year i had pnuemonia and i didnt let myself recover.... so basically ive knackered my lungs cos i wouldnt let myself recover and cos of that ive been picking up all sorts of bugs. this means that i have had to pull out of the great south run! i was at the 6 mile mark (i needed to be able to do 10 miles / 16k). the doctor says rest means rest and that means no running for the next month or so!!! im gutted and really disappointed in myself but that is the reason for my crapness.

but on a plus side its 26 days til i see my little sister in Australia. Kathryn (my housemate) has moved out and is now living with her man, which means loads of space for me and jen!!!!!

so whats been going on then? any gossip?

panic over fellow sg peeps. im not dead!

i know it has been forever since i last frequented the sunny sg world but ive had a really crazy time with work and stuff so i just havent been able to say hi. i will catch up with all of you at some point soon. i just wanted to let you know that all is good.

i went to dublin on business and i did as the irish do... guinness really isnt my friend.

but i stayed "the morgan" hotel whcih i thought was super awesome cos my little nephew is called morgan!
