I got a job at a bookstore (big suprise there). I start tomorrow, and I'll be working part time so I can focus on school. It'll be weird working on weekends because the latest I ever had to work, in the 10 years I was at my last job, was 8pm on Friday (no Saturdays or Sundays ever).

Last Sunday was my Grandparents' 60th Wedding Anniversary. It was pretty awesome! My Grandpa is losing his mind a little bit, but he still was cracking jokes, and saying exactly what was on his mind, regardless of how many times my mom and her sisters told him to knock it off.

Yesterday was my Great Grandma's Suprise Party for her 90th B-Day! She cried a little bit when we first surprised her, but she had a blast. My uncle made a 2 hour long slide show of pictures taken throughout my G-Ma's life. It was great seeing pictures of my Grandpa (who died when I was 6), and my Great Grandpa (who died when I was 14), and then seeing pictures of my Mom and Dad, Aunts and Uncles, back in the 70's & 80's. I could really see my G-Ma living to be over 100 years old.

Well, I have to get to doing homework. Hope all is well with everyone.

Good Morning!!!

well, a lot has changed since i last updated.

we moved into our 3 bedroom townhouse.

i sold my 94 buick lesabre for $250.

i bought a 2001 chevy blazer for $1500 (it's so fucking nice. there's nothing wrong with it, and the miles are way low).

i'm a full time student now (16 credit hours a week).

i'm debating getting a part time job, but i don't wanna end up fucking myself on time, and causing my school work to suffer. who knows though?

my wife and i got bikes today! my ride to school is around 9 miles, so between now and winter, i'm gonna ride my bike to class as much as possible.

we move into our new townhouse on friday, which i'm really looking forward to: change is good. i know i'll miss this place, but i need the change, and we need more space.

my bro is out, and all is going well. he has a license, a car, and he started his job on monday.

other than that, it's same ole same ole.

as of today i am officially "unemployed" and a full time college student!

4 days left until i'm done with my job. (feeling rather bittersweet). i've been working for the same company for almost 10 years, so i'm glad i'm going to school and working towards a "career", but i'm honestly going to miss working.

28 days until we move to our new townhouse. i love where we're at now, but after 3 years, i'm looking forward to the change.

32 days until i become a full time college student. i'm signed up for 16 credits for fall (4 classes), but i may pick up 4 more (1 class), or get a part time job, depending on how well i do with the classes i'm already signed up for.

??? days until the book i'm writing is finished. my goal is to get it, or a collection of short stories, published before i graduate from college.
