That's a shitty situation, what can you really say that's not been said before? My thoughts, Focus on yourself, keep the routine, keep healthy, look at how far you've come in the last year and realise that this was all you! Maybe get away for the weekend. You will get over this and you will move on.

i know you still love him, but eventually those feelings will pass. you deserve more. you deserve someone that will recognize what a wonderful person you are and is willing to fully commit to you. it isn't too much to ask of someone or a relationship. you will move on, it just takes time, and it completely sucks. i had an ex i was so incredibly in love with i thought i'd never get over, but eventually i did...and now i look back, years later, and i am SO GRATEFUL for everything, even for the pain i went through (though i had to learn my lesson the hard way), because i realize now i am so much better off without him in my life. i am in such a better place now that i never would have been had he stayed. you are much better off now, and will always be, without someone that doesn't respect you in your life.

move on... it looks to me that the first thing is to take care of your health dear vacio... try hard not to bring another problem to your relstionship problem.. i dont know... try to read your own blog as if you were someone else in this site... that is to say, from the perspctive of someone else... maybe, from another perspective, you could get to the opposite side... could begin to see that your relationship with this guy is not really important to your life...
