Wow, this site and its people never fail to amaze me.To all the people who commented on my last blog,thank you.
Right now i really am struggling with my self esteem, i bought smokes before because i want to smoke instead of eat, i havent smoked for about a month, im feeling stressed..i needed them.
The last few days i have occupied myself by looking at the images of beautiful woman..well...impossibly made up looking people.

That's a cute blog and an amazing picture! Your self-esteem will be fine. When the belief that we are unworthy is taught to us early, it becomes a fact in our minds, as real and as undeniable as the distinction between up and down. It is incorporated as part of our "common sense," which we assume is just as real and obvious to everyone with two eyes and a brain. Understanding this does not make the feelings of being rubbish disappear because they are hard-wired and will keep being triggered. It takes a long time to build new neural pathways to instinctively remember that you are wonderful, but it will come because wonderful you are.
